Due to a document that had expired, my court date had to be postponed until Monday, May 25. Please pray that this delay does not affect my embassy and travel dates.

I found your blog while browsing the ethiopian adoption blog list. Was this a document in your dossier, or something else? I'm worried because one of my dossier documents has a notary stamp that expired in March. Thanks!
It was not a dossier document. It had something to do with the birth mother's identification. However, speaking of dossier forms, my fingerprints on the I-171H are expiring soon so I will need to get fingerprinted again. Be sure and check your form for a fingerprint expiration date.
I know I already e-mailed you, but wanted to let you know again how sorry I am. I know it's only a one week delay (for now), but I also know that a one day delay can feel like an eternity....especially when you have already been waiting so long.
I hope that the birth mother can get suffecient id in time and can also make another trip to Addis on Monday.
